巴西核發「文化券」鼓勵民眾買書看電影

華盛頓郵報5日報導，巴西政府自本月起，對月薪300美元（約台幣1萬2000元）以下的勞工，核發價值約20美元（約台幣600元）的「文化券」，鼓勵他們買書、看電影、學舞蹈，或甚至觀賞馬戲團表演。目前可獲文化券的民眾有35萬6000人，巴西政府希望最終能讓4200萬人受惠。
