韓國37歲「花美男始祖」元斌，與女星李娜英自2012年交往，俊男美女組合羨煞眾人，元斌近來因拍攝代言品牌情人節廣告引起話題，他以４種帥氣形象展現各種戀愛階段的男性形象，當中把女模推往牆邊的「壁咚之吻」令女粉絲激動。

據韓媒《日刊體育》報導，年初有兩人的友人透露，他們穩定甜蜜交往，2013年元斌公開承認戀情後，兩人常大方約會，去年被目擊共赴紐約度假，還相偕參加友人婚禮，見習意味濃厚。去年元斌母親受訪時表示，聽鄰居說才知道兒子交女友了，並不知李娜英是誰，知道後稱讚很漂亮，提及婚事，媽媽妙答：「兒子自己會看著辦！」
