已婚男帶女上摩鐵　辯只有打手槍不起訴

【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市1名35歲已婚男子邀29歲女子，於去年12月30日凌晨到基隆1家汽車旅館休息，林妻帶徵信社與警方去「抓猴」，徵信社破門而入，2人一絲不掛，林男站在門口，郭女則蹲在廁所，否認發生性行為，但林妻仍提告通姦、相姦罪。

警方表示，當場並沒有看到徵信社帶走任何証物，但事後徵信社卻將衛生紙內護墊、衛生紙提供給警方；林男辯稱洗完澡後只有「看A片、打手槍」，而護墊未驗出DNA，衛生紙上則驗出有林男精液反應。全案偵結，檢察官認為無法証明證物是在當場取得，無確切證明2人有發生性行為，不予起訴。
