標題[問題] 紅單 肇事致人受傷

各位版友好 我之前6月底在某路口與對方發生擦撞 擦撞完後我把車停到路邊 下車詢問對方人有沒有事 對方當下說沒事 而且擦撞完後他人也站著沒有跌倒(無外傷，內傷應該也沒有) 拍照存證就把車移開 現在問題來了 我收到一張紅單上面寫什麼"肇事致人受傷" 我知道他在6個月內都可以去驗傷 不過他真的沒有受傷阿 現在會收到這張是不是代表他去驗傷 然後警方開給我這張單 如果開了 是不是也要能證明他受的傷是在車禍中發生 不想在無緣無故繳一張罰單 求助各位版友 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.237.88.91 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1409801892.A.BAA.html
