北市今通過4件都更事業概要案

【許麗珍／台北報導】北市今天通過首批因應司法院釋字第709號解釋後送件報核的事業概要案，共4案。北市都發局今表示，北市都更審議委員會今通過的4件事業概要案，包括信義區1件、文山區2件、萬華區1件。對於外界認為大法官釋憲後，事業概要審查流程多了一道「提請審議會審議」流程，恐會拉長都更案時間，都發局表示，多一道「提請審議會審議」流程約多出1個月到1.5個月，但都更案整體審查流程可縮短半年至1年時間，有利都更案推動。

都發局表示，4案事業概要包括「北市信義區三興段3小段350地號等19筆土地都市更新事業概要案」、「北市文山區興泰段2小段266地號等5筆土地都市更新事業概要案」、「北市文山區萬慶段2小段474地號等9筆土地都市更新事業概要案」、「北市萬華區福星段4小段319地號等35筆土地都市更新事業概要案」。
