現在電子產品很流行，連孩子都有手機、電腦與遊戲機。日本有一個數位設計師結合數位科技與美術，設計數位互動水族館。任何年齡的兒童從幼兒到中年級都會喜歡，即大人也能從中找到樂趣。

發明人秋田松本說，當初他看到小朋友抱著3C產品不放，不跟別人互動，會嚴重影響智力和學習的發展，因此設計了這套互動遊戲，鼓勵孩子從畫畫中找到樂趣。
