公民團體中選會陳情 解放開票攝錄權

監票者聯盟與多個公民團體代表上午在中央選舉委員會辦公大樓外舉行記者會，要求中選會徹底解除現行對民眾在開票所攝錄影活動的限制，並遞交陳情書給中選會代表官員，揚言如果沒有獲得中選會具體回應，將會在開票期間有更進一步的行動。
