說好的綠色隧道呢？　玉井人怒了！

有故鄉在玉井的民眾今天發現台南玉井著名的「望明綠色隧道」土芒果樹全都被「砍頭」，原本應該枝繁葉茂、綠葉成蔭的美麗綠色隧道，卻變成一排齊頭式的斷頭枯枝。

民眾忍不住拍照PO臉書痛罵「玉井望明綠色隧道今何在？台南市政府，玉井區公所，看你們做的好事～」引起網友議論和分享，有人直接回覆：「玉井是我讀書的地方，綠色隧道被砍頭，美景不在，這是綠色城市該有的嗎？看了令人生氣！」
 
玉井區公所對此表示，這是因應地方陳情要求，認為芒果樹已過高影響晚間路燈照明，加上樹根竄入私人土地管理不易，另外果樹也染有病蟲害，因此才由公所發包雇工「修剪」，約3個月後即能冒出新芽，明年還是會有綠色隧道。（李恩慈／台南報導）
