妹婿和嫂嫂通姦，宛如日本A片情節，竟在台灣真實上演。台中市有一對兄妹，各自都結婚有了配偶，卻發現自己的另一半竟一起到摩鐵開房間，甚至還自拍了「口交照」，兄妹倆發現後連袂向自己的配偶提告索賠。台中高分院審理後，日前判決2人得各自連帶賠償兄妹倆精神撫慰金40萬元。

法院判決指出，台中市一對郭姓兄妹，各自和王姓女子和蔡姓男子結婚，不料卻在2012年11月時，郭女在丈夫的手機內，發現許多張女子替丈夫口交的照片。根據《自由時報》報導，郭女仔細一看，替丈夫口交的女子，竟然是自己的大嫂。

郭女大吃一驚，驚覺事態嚴重連忙將此事告訴胞兄，2人連袂控告彼此的配偶妨害家庭。事後2兄妹為維持家庭和諧選擇撤回刑事部分，但此事發生後，兄妹倆也無法和各自的配偶再繼續生活，不但相繼離婚，並且提出民事訴訟，要求2人各自連帶賠償1百萬的精神慰撫金。

台中高分院審理後，2人坦承發生2次性關係，但嫂嫂卻稱說是丈夫婚後沾惹賭博惡習，導致夫妻感情出問題，她才會找妹婿傾訴心情，卻因此相互產生情愫，認為感情出問題，男方也得負責任。但法院認為此舉已侵害他們兄妹倆的配偶權，判決2人得各自連帶賠償兄妹倆40萬元。
