租屋要如何確認房子是否改建過???

小弟租的房子,從外表房子背後看起來與前方牆面顏色不同,且有一條垂直的切線,

房子本身為7層樓高的房屋,小弟猜想是否後面這部分是後來加蓋之後再合併在一起的?

有這個可能嗎?

觀察走廊上的磁磚剛好有一道小裂痕是在前面和後面的交接出

是否有改建過? 有地方可以得知或是查詢嗎??
