小弟目前在世界先進工作，最近遇到想轉職的問題，想請問有經驗的大大們， 主要也是產業的前景來評量啦，現在在猶豫哪邊的前景(錢景)看好，而且現在 這邊的主管因為之前某些人的緣故而排斥我，真的很無言，上班痛苦而且壓力很大， 所以想換個工作，又怕其他公司的前景不看好，所以來版上求救~ 公司：世界先進 hTC 薪水：N*16+績效獎金(約2~5個月) (N-4K)*14+績效獎金 制度：責任制 責任制 上班及加班時間： 世界先進：平常大概8點~9點下班，偶而到10點，沒加班費，不過假日加班有加班費~ hTC：平常6~7點下班，1個星期有一天要上到晚上9點，沒加班費， 1.5個月要上2天假日，可以補休~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.227.48.152 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1411047310.A.3D4.html
