Fed承諾維持低利率 美股持續震盪

聯準會（Fed）在最新決策聲明中承諾，量化寬鬆（QE）收場後將保持超低利率「很長一段時間」，帶動美股震盪走高、美元也走揚。

Fed宣布決策後，標普500指數18日盤中先下挫，後又回升到平盤以上，漲幅約0.02%；道瓊工業指數與那斯達克綜合指數則分別漲0.23%及0.34%。

對六種一籃子貨幣的美元指數（DXY）盤中也攀升0.28%至84.307，稍早則曾挫跌0.16%。
