欲變更綜所稅納稅義務人 12月3日前申請

台北國稅局表示，102年度綜所稅結算申報期間雖已截止，但欲變更納稅義務人主體的民眾，須於12月3日前向申報戶籍地所轄稽徵機關提出申請。

台北國稅局說明，所得稅法規定，納稅義務人的配偶，以及受扶養親屬之所得，應由納稅義務人合併報繳，選定納稅義務人後，若要變更，須於該年度結算申報期間屆滿後6個月內申請變更，也就是12月3號以前。

舉例來說，甲、乙夫妻二人已合併辦理102年度綜合所得稅結算申報，以甲為納稅義務人，乙列報為配偶。如欲變更乙為納稅義務人，甲為配偶，可在12月3日前向申報戶籍地所轄分局、稽徵所申請變更納稅義務人主體。

台北國稅局呼籲，欲變更102年度綜所稅結算申報納稅義務人主體的民眾，務必於12月3日提出申請，以維自身權益。
