Q4 DRAM價格 恐下跌一成

近期DRAM現貨價格有所滑落，研調機構集邦科技表示，合約價上漲機會受限，可能也會呈現溫和反轉。整體而言，估計第4季DRAM價格可能下探一成。

目前DRAM現貨顆粒價格還比合約價高出約15%，所以集邦評估，現貨價可能向下修正。同時，往年中國大陸十一長假前的拉貨潮都會為DRAM市場帶來一劑強心針，不過集邦認為，目前還無法確認十一是否能為DRAM市況帶來漲勢，相關機率可能不高。

集邦預期，今年以來DRAM市場持續供貨吃緊、價格走揚，DRAM廠因此紛紛決定自第4季開始增加產能，估計2015年因製程微縮與新增產能貢獻，DRAM產出年增率將逼近30%，若明年總體經濟狀況不如預期，恐將導致DRAM供過於求的情況再現，壓縮DRAM廠現有獲利。
