SONY Xperia Z1 內建FM收音機不能聽

最近剛買了這款SONY Xperia Z1 的手機

在使用後各方面的感覺不錯

直到自己有天想聽個收音機 接上耳機並打開內建的FM收音機來聽時....

發現每一台聽到的全是雜訊.!! 完全聽不到一點人聲..!!

試了幾遍 + 換了耳機也是如此 訊號明明都是良好 接近滿格......

我跑去下載其他款的APP收音機卻可以聽...!?!?!?

想請問各位專業人士
這種情況是發生了甚麼事情嗎....??
是手機出了問題嗎???
還是軟體??
