台中市長胡志強昨(20)天濕身後點名導演吳念真接棒，吳念真在臉書上發文說，不覺得「沖冰水」能讓他感受或體會漸凍人真正的苦痛。他也說，知道有中華民國運動神經元疾病病友協會（漸凍人協會）之後，日前已經用信用卡直接捐款了。

吳念真寫道，知道「漸凍人」這個疾病，但不知道有這個協會。佩服源自國外的類似連鎖信的「沖冰水」活動這樣的創意，讓這個疾病被更多人注意、理解並關心。知道這個協會之後，日前已經用信用卡直接捐款了。

吳念真說，胡志強也沖冰水了，沒看到新聞畫面，所以沒看到冰塊沖到他略缺毛髮保護的頭頂時，他可能的表情，有點遺憾。「承蒙他抬愛，我是被指定的三個後續者之一。」

「不過，我太太說過，許多男人都會做的事，千萬不能跟隨，所以，沖冰水這件事...我看就免了，晚上以淋浴取代，何況我也不覺得『沖冰水』能讓我感受或體會漸凍人真正的苦痛。」

吳念真說，因為沒沖水，所以也沒資格指定後續的其他人，只想請大家盡一己之力為這個協會增添資源。
