我只能說，如果自己家裡有過賣屋經驗的，就能體會為何需要仲介的存在了
仲介買賣最困難的不是推銷房屋，而是困難在搓合買賣方不論是價格還是認知上的居中談判

若真的不想付費，可以自己做廣告賣，或自己花時間找到屋主買
且若這市場真的不需要仲介，那也不會看到那麼多屋主給仲介委賣房屋了
自己賣可以省仲介費不是更好??? 但重點在於很多人沒這個時間精力去對付買方、帶看的

之前曾經自售房屋過一陣子，打過來的買方還要你介紹
聽你介紹完，還不留情面的批評你家的房子哪裡哪裡不好 ( 你都還沒去現場看過哩)
還遇過買方故意出芭樂價的
這不論是哪個屋主接到這種買方電話都會氣賭爛

最後還是丟給中介賣，台灣奧客太多了
每次接這種電話氣都氣死
