標題[問題] 隧道的內車道有沒有內車道超車道規則？

國道隧道(用雪隧來代稱好了) 有沒有內車道為超車道這個規則？ 根據某個人的文章描述 雖然速限有向上10公里的寬限 但是向下是沒有1公里的寬限的 也就是行駛在內車道如果你開89公里，警察就可以開出龜速行駛內車道的罰單 雪山隧道雖然隧道內不能變換車道 但是仍適用內車道為超車道的規則 也就是隧道內 1.不得擋到後車 2.不得低於90公里速限，也就是車速必須絕對保持在90~100公里間，+1 -1都開罰 如果後車逼近你 你可以選擇 1.不換車道，但是吃上佔領內車道罰單 2.換車道，然後吃隧道變換車道罰單 3.有本事不要超速也不要被人追上，會怕就不要走內車道 是真的超車道條款在隧道內仍然適用嗎？只是不能變換車道但其他規則仍適用？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.47.127.201 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1408445523.A.FA3.html
