本報訊

新北市政府衛生局抽驗市售鮑魚類產品，20件中，2件分別檢出抗生素「硝基呋喃代謝物AOZ」，違反不得檢出標準。

衛生局今天公布抽驗鮑魚類產品，針對硝基呋喃代謝物、孔雀綠、氯黴素類、四環黴素類等動物用藥的抗生素殘留進行檢驗，共2件分別檢出「硝基呋喃代謝物AOZ」1.48ppb及2.71ppb。

衛生局科長林冠蓁表示，抽驗不合格產品來源分別為桃園縣及台北市的業者，已移請相關衛生單位後續追查處辦，查證屬實可依違反食品安全衛生管理法規定，處違規業者新台幣6萬至5000萬元罰鍰。

她表示，硝基呋喃是廣效性抗生素，過去因價格低廉且療效佳，被廣泛用於水產養殖飼料添加或藥浴，用以治療養殖魚之癤瘡、赤鰭病、潰瘍病等水產生物疾病，若食品中硝基呋喃殘留攝入人體，有致癌的可能性。(中央社)
