今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，有民眾向《蘋果》投訴，到7-ELEVEn買拿鐵咖啡，原本咖啡若未裝滿、可請店員補加牛奶，但近日卻取消此服務。7-ELEVn總公司坦言，擔心門市人員工作負擔過重，近日的確宣導停止此服務。有民眾認為︰「服務倒退嚕！」（胡治言／綜合報導）
