鳥松區漏氣五天 環保局指中油天然氣

高雄市鳥松區中正路連日來檢測到高濃度甲烷，環保局指中油經當地的1條16吋天然氣管是禍首之一。中油天然氣事業部南區營業處長陳世宗說，管線排空及吹驅後，在楠梓及鳳山兩端未檢測到甲烷，鳥松測到1萬PPM的甲烷；中油每半小時檢測一次，到明天才能釐清是否中油肇禍。

這條從楠梓到鳳山的輸管環線，在主幹線維修時才使用，今天排空前的壓力為每平方公分53公斤。

陳世宗說，中油人員下午陪同環保局人員到楠梓、鳳山兩端檢測，甲烷值都是零，鳥松區中正路測到1萬PPM。環保局認為甲烷是中油的，但中油認為待進一步確認，晚間派人在場繼續檢測。
