股利扣抵減半　里昂：影響小型股

財政部釋出「財政健全方案」，包含調高金融業營業稅、兩稅合一的股利扣抵減半。里昂證券表示，營業稅對金融類股短線為負向，但長期而言有利台灣財政狀況，和降低市場溢價風險，而股利扣抵減半對法人持股較多藍籌股影響有限，但可能衝擊小型股。
 
里昂證券指出，依據財政部預估，相關政策對金融和壽險類股獲利影響約6%，本次增稅主要是適用於高營業所得企業，對可支配收入提升的消費類股是為正向。不過考量相關金融政策自由，仍中立看待金融類股。
 
至於股利扣抵減半方面，里昂證券說明，對於法人持股較高的藍籌股而言，股利政策不會有太大的改變，不過小型股可能會有降低股利的現象。（陳俐妏／台北報導）
