【動新聞】有錢都不放過　證號不符eTag照收

eTag收費爭議，繼車子沒上國道也收錢，再傳出超商繳費，輸錯車號也可繳費，誤幫別人繳錢，遠通客服回應無法退費，還提供對方車主手機，要消費者自行聯絡解決。消基會秘書長雷立芬說，eTag系統是遠通設計，系統出問題應馬上改正，不該是車主自行解決。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，周男向《蘋果》投訴，認為系統防錯機制虛設。《蘋果》實測，發現各超商的機器，eTag繳費系統相同，非eTag用戶如車號、證號不符，仍能列印繳費。 遠通發言人周世惠昨表示，該設計原為便民，但下月15日將改為二者相符才能繳費。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
