【公庫】行政違法失職 動保團體赴監院陳情

今（2/25）日上午，關懷生命協會與動物保護行政監督委員會來到監察院前舉辦「屠狗之王加冕典禮」，向監委提出動物保護相關的行政違法疏失。去年2013年度全台收容所績效與排行榜，其中臺北市收容所表現最為出色，認養率為65%，死亡率為25%；台中、台南的流浪動物死亡比例仍過半，居高不下；至於臺中市的死亡率為55.0%，近五千隻遭安樂死。（完整影音報導）

動物保護行政監督委員會指出，根據去年數據，其中臺中市的死亡率為55.0%，屏東屏科大收容所連續兩年安樂死逾九成，去年為92.07%，前年更高達99.92%
