下架油品食 藥署仍推薦保健功能

頂新爆發混用大統長基油品，旗下味全的21項油品已經下架，立委丁守中上午在立法院質疑，「味全健康食用油」的製造廠就是頂新屏東廠，卻仍有健康食品標章，仍在食品藥物管理署建議的健康食品名單內。

丁守中表示，食藥署網頁宣稱「味全健康食用油」具有調節血脂功能的功能，要求檢討健康食品制度。衛生福利部次長許銘能表示，會嚴格要求下架，立即檢討健康食品認證制度。
