建議從容易上手的SUP開始玩像是 POKE型:索娜索拉卡娜米或者強開型:雷歐娜布里茲甚至是瑟雷西

SUP 幾個小要點 1. 買眼石 2. 跟著你的AD不要獨自一人(除非跑線或AD爛到不如去支援其他線) 3. 看小地圖(防止JG 和支援)
