中市府施工未依規 警開罰

台中市政府水利局上午在太平區中山路一段與東平路口進行下水道工程，使得原本已狹窄的道路僅剩半個車道，造成大堵車，民眾罵聲連連。警方據報前往，發現施工單位雖有施工許可，卻未依交通維持計劃進行，於是依違反公路法舉發呈報交通局處罰。
