針對台北地檢署昨以查無關說實據，簽結民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘、立法院長王金平所涉及的「關說案」。王金平今（14）日在面對媒體詢問時表示，「簽結就好了，不必再爭執其它的事，事情過了就好，往事不必再提起」。

特偵組監聽柯建銘電話，發現到前北市議員許富男告訴柯建銘，關於「全民電通案」可找前法官楊炳禎幫忙，讓特偵組質疑，「全民電通案」更一審逆轉柯建銘被判無罪，可能與楊炳禎有關，更因此引爆去年的九月政爭，但全案經交由北檢分案調查，以查無犯罪實據簽結。

媒體追問，檢方的動作是否是打了馬英九總統的臉？是否有利於黨籍案？王金平則說，「這個我不知道，是否有利黨籍案也不清楚」，王金平並說，對於黨籍案二審，他個人平常心，而且一向都這樣。
