聯準會可能從9月起縮小QE3規模

美國芝加哥地區聯邦準備銀行主席伊斯6日表示，「我們已看到勞動市場出現良好的改善。我仍要看到更強的證據，顯示就業持續好轉」，而且「我非常明確地不排除」聯準會將決定從今年九月開始縮小購買債券規模。」

伊凡斯指出，聯準會可能於明年中結果第三次量化寬鬆政策 (QE3)；預估從今年初到明年中期間，聯準會總共會購買債券至少1.2兆美元。
