（中央社阿布加9日綜合外電報導）奈及利亞總統強納森（Goodluck Ebele Jonathan）今天宣布全國進入緊急狀態，因為伊波拉病毒已奪走兩條人命。奈國是非洲最貧窮的國家。

奈國總統府在聲明中說：「強納森總統宣布，為了控制和圍堵伊波拉病毒，全國進入緊急狀態。」

強納森呼籲奈國全國人民避免大規模集會，以防止病毒擴散。

他說：「宗教和政治團體、精神治療中心、家庭、協會和其他團體也應勸阻可能造成不自覺與已被感染人士密切接觸或置其他人於危險境地的集會或活動。」

強納森並且批准相當於1170萬美元的緊急經費以圍堵疫情。

自從一名從賴比瑞亞回國的奈國男子生病以來，已在商業大城拉哥斯（Lagos）證實發現7個伊波拉案例，其中已有2人去世。另外數十位與這名男子接觸過的人士正在受到監視。

世界衛生組織（WHO）今天說，西非的的伊波拉疫情已造成國際衛生緊急情況，且這種已造成將近1000人喪生的病毒可能繼續蔓延數月。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）1030809
