軍審法今三讀 洪仲丘案可適用

為了回應民意，立法院今迅速三讀通過軍審法。未來軍人犯罪將全由一般司法機關追訴審理，只有戰時犯陸海空軍刑法或其特別法之罪，才依軍審法追訴、審判；因考量實務作業，實施將分兩階段，不過陸軍下士洪仲丘案則在總統公布法令後，馬上移交普通法院審理。
