使用同步推後無法和itunes同步了...

如題… 有上網爬過文了… 已經把從同步推更新或安裝的程式刪除了還是無法和itunes同步… 最嚴重的是機子也不能直接下載程式了… 我的idevice是ipad4，有jb 請知道的神人幫解~謝謝...
