羅瑩雪：洪案全案會優先移出

行政院政務委員羅瑩雪今天表示，不論朝野修法態度要不要分階段，政院的立場，始終都是洪案全案在第一階段就會優先移由普通法院審理，有些以為只有涉嫌凌虐洪沖丘致死的下士陳毅勳涉案部分會移出，恐有誤解。
