馬航：MH370賠償遺屬3週獲得

馬來西亞媒體報導，馬航MH370罹難者家屬將在賠償申請程序完成後的3週內獲得賠償，前提是必須出示關係證明，包括出生證明及結婚證書等，且都必須獲得官方認證。

「馬新社」引述馬航高階主管談話表示，目前馬航聘請的律師將聯絡罹難者家屬，協助處理上述文件確認工作，一旦確認完成，家屬在3週內就能獲得有關賠償。

他說，馬航賠償金額將比1999年蒙特婁公約（Montreal Convention）設定的數額多，但實際金額未定。若罹難者屬於高收入者或年紀較輕，賠償金可能較多，視個案而定。
