HTC desire L的問題急!!

我媽媽的HTC desire L還沒用到一年,它就出了問題,9月~12月的照片突然遺失,line相簿裡的照片也部分遺失,所有的音樂都不見了,用以前手機拍的照片也跟著不見了!!;而且上面還顯示"已移除SD卡,請換新的SD卡"(還有一個符號,是SD卡上有一個問號) 我沒有移除SD卡呀! 我重新把SD卡拆起又裝回去,結果還是一樣.....

到底是怎樣?有沒有人也碰過類似的問題呀?
