只能設定15分鐘的小烤箱，要怎麼使用?

別人送我一台小烤箱，只能設定5~15分鐘，沒辦法知道溫度，還有什麼上火下火也無法知道，想請問，

(1)我想烤冷凍過的吐司，要先預熱幾分鐘?然後土司要烤幾分鐘?(只要軟軟的就好)

(2)可以烤焗烤嗎?例如焗烤義大利麵...等，要怎麼使用小烤箱呢?
