外國人違規買房 澳洲擬加重懲罰

許多人喜歡在國外添置房產，但要在澳洲買房可能要多加留心。中新社報導，澳洲政府正實行住房投資調查，若發現有違反產權法規的外國購房者，將給予更嚴厲的處罰，此外還會被剝奪售房利潤。

根據澳洲法律，外國人在澳洲買房要提交買房申請，持臨時簽證的居民在離開澳洲後也必須賣掉房產。這次的住房投資調查主要針對的就是外國購房者，看有無違法情況。

主導調查的議員奧德威爾（Kelly O'Dwyer）說，將考慮加大對違規外國人的懲罰，罰款將與他們購買的房產價值相等。

此外，已被沒收房產的外國人，還可能會被剝奪在買房與賣房時獲得的金錢。澳洲現行的規定是允許他們保留這筆錢的，但奧德威爾認為這「錯誤的激勵」，鼓勵了違法買房的行為。
