標題[討論] 創業的問題

細說想要創業的想法 目前待在某公司,提出一個project 也找到供應商A,與客戶B 最近,主管要求我要跟另外一個部門X合作 那個部門有自已的供應商C 硬體成本比我找到的供應商A高1/3以上 跟X部門合作,勢必績效要分對方 且project成為X部門主導,我由主角變配角 主管強力要求,我也只能照做 現在有一個想法就是我私下成立公司與供應商A合作 他提供硬體,我開發軟體與系統整合 把整套系統賣給客戶C 以後就由我的公司供應設備給客戶C 我將這個構想告訴一位好友 他跟我說會有利益迴避的問題 那該如何解決呢?? 謝謝各位先進的賜教 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.120.103.214 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1413339081.A.413.html
