聯翔用問題油卻未公布 衛生局：主動通報且已換油

台中聯翔餅店員工今天跟《蘋果》爆料指稱，上次全統豬油事件後店家改用正義豬油，沒想到也中鏢，但員工質疑，上次用了全統豬油有被公布，但這次卻沒有，質疑「是不是靠關係把事情壓下來了﹖」對此台中市衛生局表示，聯翔是主動通報使用正義豬油，且已經立即改用安佳無水奶油、磅裝奶油及大成沙拉油，衛生局列案在冊，但因為是主動通報業者，所以並未公布名稱。
 
但市議員謝志忠不以為然。謝志忠說，衛生局以「保護自主通報業者」不公布業者名單，「根本就是不公平且大小眼！」他要求衛生局應擬定一套「公平、公正食安稽查結果公布一覽表」，對所有業者一視同仁，無論主動或被動，只要有問題產品都要公告，當然更要說明已經改沒有問題油品，才能讓被公布的業者心服，也讓民眾安心。（曾雪蒨／台中報導）
