標題[請問] HAMI+個人雲

請問有人有在使用HAMI+個人雲嗎？ 然後出問題的嗎？ 有很多影片、照片我大概是去年上傳的或是今年上傳的 最近幾個月打開看檔名都沒變， 會出現以下情況 1.照片卻不是我的http://i.imgur.com/dRS7epH.jpg
2.無法預覽 3.無法預覽的也沒辦法下載http://i.imgur.com/dvtTmBL.jpg
4.影片可以預覽但無法下載的情況。和第三點照片情形一樣 5.影片已經上傳完3天了，還顯示在轉檔中。http://i.imgur.com/QPQHPsN.jpg
