不良示範　鰲峰山景觀台無照修建

台中市清水區鰲峰山景觀台，基座棟梁部分呈現玻離幾近危樓，去年底耗資九百萬動工修建，修建期間每逢休假日仍湧近二千名遊客賞夜景拍照，市議員陳世凱昨天踢爆，觀光旅遊局竟在沒有取得建照和雜項執照前就自行動工興建，不但政府帶頭違法，將景觀台成為最大的違建，且未修建完工前還開放民眾前往遊覽，也沒有警語提醒民眾載量數控制，要求觀光旅遊局立即改善。

觀光局長張大春坦言的確未取得執照就行修建，目前景觀台已經完工但尚未完成驗收,預計今年六月驗收通過才正式對外開放,將盡速取得合法執照並加設警語。(曾雪蒨／台中報導)
