進度更新 http://tinyurl.com/papjyms 台中市男子陳儀安本月1日酒駕連撞4車後，又撞上搭載一雙兒女的李姓婦人機車，結果造 成李婦骨折，兒子輕傷，但李婦的就讀台中二中的女兒顱內出血送醫救治，但經過連日搶 救，李婦的女兒今天凌晨不治。 台中地檢署表示，肇事的陳男，因骨折住院，直到4日出院後，由警方將他移送地檢署， 檢方當天裁定20萬元交保，但陳男因沒錢交保，檢方改裁定收押獲准至今。 檢方表示，陳男肇事當下非常可惡，但犯後有悔意，住院期間，也請弟弟代替他探視李婦 母子3人，由於陳男今年3月才退伍，目前無業，所以當初裁定陳男20萬交保，希望給他機 會交保，可以向被害人致歉、賠償，但陳男和家人籌不出20萬元，因此改聲請羈押獲准。 (許淑惠／台中報導） -- 連20萬都付不出來 事後賠償應該也要不到了!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.117.234.201 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1399547132.A.F13.html
