【動新聞】精蟲衝腦呷幼齒　被嫌醜又賠百萬

新竹科學園區任經理的謝姓男子(49歲)前年2月上網與1名國二少女(未滿14歲)談妥援交，只花1小時，從新竹開車123公里到彰化交易。該名少女事後寫下援交日記「醜得可以，但收5千賺到」，全案曝光，謝姓不僅賠了百萬，也賠上婚姻。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，少女和謝男性交易是她第11次和男客援交，少女媽媽發現該筆記本，控謝男性侵，法官察看少女筆記本寫著：「跟真心相對介紹的人見，34歲……我看他43歲了吧？ㄏ醜得可以形容，但1小時收5000元，賺到了。」謝男賠75萬元和解，被依妨害性自主罪判刑2年，雖獲緩刑5年，但要罰25萬元。謝妻得知丈夫竟跟和自己女兒年紀相當的少女性交易，今年初2人已協議離婚。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
