（中央社記者林長順台北7日電）反服貿群眾3月23日闖入行政院，驅離行動造成警方和民眾受傷，警方持續調查，今天陸續約談41名當事人說明。

反服貿群眾3月23日闖入行政院，警方24日凌晨展開驅離行動，傳出民眾遭警毆打。警方表示，可確認有一名員警遭民眾指認，但身分和所屬單位必須調查。

警方指出，民眾占領行政院違法部分有97人涉嫌毀損公物等罪嫌，56人偵訊完畢，預期今天陸續約談41人說明。

另外，檢警調查主導闖入行政院的首謀者，除調閱監視器及員警蒐證畫面，已陸續訊問多名被告及證人，包括被告魏揚、許立、陳廷豪等人。其中，檢方聲押魏揚失敗，分別諭令許立限制住居、陳廷豪新台幣5萬元交保。1030407
