WHO宣布印度等11國 小兒麻痺根除

世界衛生組織(WHO)日前宣布東南亞區署(包括印度、孟加拉、泰國、印尼等11個國家)，為小兒麻痺症根除地區，是1988年推動全球根除小兒麻痺症計畫來，繼美洲、西太平洋、歐洲區署後，第四個達成根除目標的地區。

衛福部疾病管制署提醒民眾，在全球根除前，仍有疾病傳播風險，應按時帶幼兒完成預防接種。若要前往流行地區，也應評估接種疫苗。
