張姓男子對女性腳踝莫名癡迷，時常拿著平板電腦偷拍女子腳踝滿足癖好。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，張男去年8月間，搭訕一對年僅13歲、8歲的姊妹花，不僅要求姊姊穿上隱形襪露出腳踝供他攝影，還將姊妹帶回家裡繼續拍攝，並趁機掀起姊姊上衣偷摸腹部，台北地檢署昨依性騷擾防治法起訴。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
