機車與汽車相撞 車禍賠償問題

我在2014/2/8發生車禍, 騎機車經過一條不熟悉的巷子, 不知道前方是個路口
車速大概30~40, 當發現前方是路口並且看到凸面鏡有來車時已經煞車不及撞上一台休旅車
目前腳趾輕微骨折無法去學校 (我是學生)
對方說他當時只有滑出來, 而且我是左方車, 責任歸屬似乎較大
我只有保強制險, 今天機車行以報價給我, 我通知對方車子的保險公司請他們去看我的車
我想知道的是, 到時候對方保險公司是否會賠償我的修車費?
還有對方車子損壞的部分我會需要賠償嗎?還是由對方保險公司支付? (對方有車險)
此外, 我可以拿到多少賠償金呢?
