標題[詢問] 經營專頁上的圖片發文是否侵權?

我剛接管公司的粉絲專頁，分享一些生活資訊， 像在PHOTO PIN http://photopin.com/search/autumn-lake 或其他圖片網站 會釋出一些「Sponsored Images」可以拿來PO嗎，甚至拿來修改嗎(當底圖加文字) 或者在新聞報導看到不錯的文章 可以複製內文，連同圖片PO出，下方再註明:圖文轉貼自XX時報 這樣是可以的嗎? 因為看過有粉絲專頁會PO一些圖片，下面註明:圖片來自網路 ，不曉得是否可行。 有人知道專頁的圖片都是怎麼來的嗎?(大公司購買圖庫的除外) 謝謝大家 感激!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.128.148.18 ※ koima:轉錄至看板 ask 02/06 13:28
