好堅強　遠通妹忍到回家才哭

一名暴怒哥昨天在遠通電收泰安服務區北門市咆嘯，服務人員冷靜說明贏得網友不斷按讚轉傳，當時在現場的店長吳佳玲還原事發經過，她說：「客人要儲值沒有帶條碼卡，聽到要身份證字號就開始罵，詹姓同事才解釋幾句記被罵回去，前前後後罵了約20分鐘。」

吳佳玲說，當時這名客人在櫃台左側，其他客人連忙閃避，都擠到右邊排隊，她原本在外面的檢測區幫忙，趕緊到門市協助，急忙以列印條碼的應變方式讓這個客人儲值，他才悻悻然離去。

吳佳玲說，詹姓同仁當時明顯受到驚嚇，但還是堅持上班到下午4點才離開，晚間兩人透過LINE聊天才知道詹女回家後難過的哭了，後來無意間在FB上看見不斷轉傳的影片更是驚訝，猜想應該是客人偷偷拍下。（王乙徹／台中報導）
