台塑集團送員工大紅包　年終4.24個月 【黃馨儀／台北報導】台塑四寶年終至少4.24個月，較前年2.83個月大增！台塑集團工會 今午與台塑集團總裁王文淵會面，討論年終獎金，會後達成共識，確定年終獎金為4.24個 月，外加慰勉金，慰勉金約5000~1萬元；王文淵更承諾，13日與4寶董事長開會後，將考 慮加碼紅包。 台塑集團2012年年終是2.83個月，由於2013年整體開工率提升，且業外收益成長，四寶昨 自結2013年稅後純益975.49億元，年增235%，連帶使得年終獎金也回升。 台塑集團工會理事長吳祈忠說，希望年終獎金加碼到4.5個月左右，讓員工過好年，雖王 文淵當時沒多說，僅微笑以對，未給工會正面回應，但吳祈忠會後轉述王文淵談話，王文 淵曾說：「若馬上就要加碼，是不會太多的，若能等到13日討論後，會有比較好的答案。 」 http://ppt.cc/eWG6 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.176.110.135
